How Much Justice Can You Afford for Your Los Angeles Personal Injury Case?

How Much Justice Can You Afford For Your Los Angeles Personal Injury Case?

Most people never receive justice because it is just too expensive. Here is an personal injury case that happened here in LA (names have been changes, of course):

David and Frank were business partners. They ran a shipping company together. One day, David was driving a shipment out to Lancaster when the ties on cargo broke lose and caused the truck to trip over sideways on the middle of the freeway. It ruined the cargo, totaled the truck, and David was heavily injured in the accident.

It turns out that Frank hadn’t tightened the fasteners properly and was solely to blame for the accident. Of course, David had insurance and covered some of the costs but he was still left with an overwhelming amount of medical bills and repair fees. David met with an attorney to discuss suing Frank for his part in the accident. The attorney then asked David what he wanted the outcome to be.

David pounded his fist on the table and shouted, “I want justice.” The attorney leaned back in his chair and asked, “How much justice can you afford?”

The attorney told him that, while David could sue and receive some money for his medical bills, justice was out of his reach.

Justice is Served For Your LA Personal Injury

David eventually came to us. We took one look at his case and knew that we could help him. And the best part of the whole experience? When David asked us, “How much is this going to cost me?” We countered with, “Not a dime.”

Needless to say he was overwhelmed. Even more so when he won his case.

And that’s what we love about our jobs; people who have been hurt or injured or have lost a loved one come to us with little hope of recovery. We give them hope.

We’re a different type of Personal Injury Lawyer

David’s case is not unique. We have people call us asking if we can help with their case because some other lawyer told them it’s not worth the time or money. We listen to their stories. We get to know them as people. And then we get to help them.

We’re different because we believe people are more than a settlement or a voice on the other end of a “Free Consultation” phone call. People have stories. People need justice. We help them get it.
